Terms of Service
These terms explain how K.I.S.S Creations quotes, manufactures and delivers precision CNC routing work for our customers.

1. Quotes
- Quotes are prepared from the details and files you send us and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are based on the material, size, quantity and finish agreed. Changes to any of these may change the price and lead time.
- A quote is not an order until you accept it and, where a deposit is required, the deposit is received.
2. Orders
- An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and the agreed deposit or payment is received.
- We may contact you to confirm final dimensions and details before cutting begins.
3. Payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency shown on your quote.
- Deposit amounts and payment terms are set out on the quote.
- Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment has cleared.
4. Your designs and files
- You confirm that you have the right to use any design, drawing or file you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You keep ownership of your designs. We use them only to quote and manufacture your parts, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Turnaround and delivery
- Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start from the date your order and files are confirmed.
- Delivery or collection is arranged as agreed. Risk in the parts passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once cutting has started, changes may not be possible and the work carried out may still be chargeable.
7. Faults and returns
- If a part does not match the agreed design or is faulty, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will repair or replace it.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect dimensions or files supplied by you.
8. Liability
- Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
