This policy explains what K.I.S.S Creations collects when you request a quote, how we use the details and design files you share, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
When you send a quote request we collect only what we need to price and produce your parts:
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number.
- Project details — the material, service, quantity and description you provide, plus any file link you paste.
- Design files — drawings, images, CAD files, PDFs or archives you upload with your request.
- Basic technical information — collected automatically to keep the website working, secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare and send your quote, and to reply to your enquiry.
- To plan, quote and manufacture the parts you ask about.
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request.
- To keep a record of work we have quoted or completed so we can help you again later.
3. Uploaded design files
Your designs and drawings are treated as confidential work.
- They are used only to prepare your quote and manufacture your parts.
- They are stored on our secure systems and are not shared with third parties, except where a partner is needed to complete your job — for example a finishing or delivery service.
- We never sell, publish or license your designs to anyone else.
- We keep them only for as long as the quote and any follow-up work require.
4. How long we keep your details
Quote requests and uploaded files are kept while the quote is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. If you ask us to delete your details we will remove them, unless we are required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Sharing your information
- We do not sell your information.
- We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the workshop and website, and only what they need.
- We may disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your details and design files. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your job.
